Kenneth's passion in fitness roots from playing rugby. He currently represents the Singapore National Rugby Mens Team. He has garnered over 3,000+ hours of personal training hours. He believes in building small habits to effect lasting lifestyle changes. This process of habit-building, specifically through strength training and nutrition has helped his clients achieve goals such as a lower body fat percentage, or a more masculine/tone physique.
Kenneth believes that a goal, though objectively important to strive for, are not the most important aspect of any pursuit. Rather, it is the very process and self-belief that one experiences and build up, that is most satisfying.

Kenneth's passion roots from playing rugby. He is passionate in playing the sport and represented the Singapore National Rugby Team.
He has garnered over a 1,000+ hours of personal training hours. Helping his clients achieve the bodies they want. Be it fat loss, muscle building, sports performance and better health markers.
More importantly, Kenneth believes in helping his clients develop habits that are lasting. With an aim of creating a lifestyle that is both fufilling and sustainable.
DARREN LEE ( TRAINER )
Darren is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has been involved in the Sports Industry. An avid rugby player, he has been competing at various levels since his academic years and represented Singapore in the ASEAN University Games. Health and fitness has always been an interest and passion and Darren is keen on helping his clients achieve their fitness and performance goals by establishing sustainable routines and training plans from the knowledge he accumulated over the years.
KEITH TAN ( NUTRITIONIST )
B.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics (Hon) - QUT
Keith is currently a clinical dietitian in one of Singapore’s acute hospitals. Having played rugby through the various age groups and now the Singapore National Team, his passion is to optimise sports performance through nutrition. Keith is also a big believer in helping people to achieve good health through sustainable lifestyle and diet related changes.
